Warehouse Shift Leader: Lead, Train & Optimize Operations

Lidl is recruiting a Shift Leader to help run warehouse operations, leading by example and guiding daily shifts from opening to closing. You’ll train new starters and support your team to deliver efficient, accurate stock movement and order processing.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 – £37,000 per annum, 40 hours per week, 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and ongoing training. Lidl is committed to development and a fair, inclusive workplace.
