SALES ACCOUNT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Creating and executing marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, target audience analysis, and competitor analysis.
2. Managing and maintaining the company’s brand image, including developing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
3. Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with customers.
4. Creating and executing advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, print, digital, and in-store promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL

1. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. A master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field or membership of a recognized professional accounting body will be an added advantage.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

SALARY

1. Annual Salary: £40,500
2. Hourly Rate: £20.77 per hour
