Michael Page is partnering with a growing SME in the healthcare sector to recruit an HR Manager who will lead the People function and be a trusted advisor to managers. You will oversee compliance with UK employment law, develop HR policies, and drive people initiatives across the organisation.

The role is onsite in Chichester with significant stakeholder engagement, including SLT involvement, talent management, onboarding, and HRIT systems management.
