Night Shift Warehouse Team Lead — KPI Driven & People Focused

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to join the DC team in Vault, Liverpool. You will lead and develop a team of admin and warehouse colleagues, driving KPI targets and time constraints while ensuring safety and service to stores.

You will report to the Warehouse Shift Manager, manage training and performance, and work with peers to maximise efficiencies. Shift pattern: Mon–Fri 22:00–06:00.
