Site Operations Supervisor – Facilities & Cleaning

SBFM is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to support field-based service delivery across multiple sites in the Sussex region. The role involves travel between sites including Brighton, Burgess Hill, Worthing, Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells.

You will lead frontline teams, ensure health and safety compliance, and contribute to contract mobilisation and service improvements. A proactive, organised mindset and driving licence are essential.
