Encore is hiring an experienced Building Manager to oversee the smooth operation of a high-end residential development in Portsmouth. You will ensure a high-quality living environment for residents while maintaining the property to the highest standards.

You will lead a small on-site team, manage contractors, run planned and reactive maintenance, and keep residents informed via the online portal. The role is on-site in Portsmouth with standard hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm.
