We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee a new residential development within the Mid Ulster area.

Role Overview

• Supervise and manage the project
• Oversee completion of the project, within budget and timeframe
• Supervise and manage trades to complete works to a high-quality finish

Key Competencies & Skills

• 5+ years experience
• Technical and practical knowledge of construction procedures
• Have a track record of successfully completing projects from start to finish
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills
