Lead Care Assistant (Day Shifts) for Elderly Home

The Rowans, a dementia and elderly care home in Wigan, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Team Leader) for day shifts (8am–8pm). The role leads the care team, fosters strong resident relationships, and ensures a safe, compassionate daily operation for 44 hours per week.

You will support residents, attend team meetings, and participate in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred; a caring, flexible attitude is essential.
