Medicines Optimisation Technician – Primary Care & Data

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to work across neighbourhood teams, GP practices, PCNs and community pharmacies to support medicines optimisation initiatives. You will analyse prescribing data, assist with audits and develop educational materials to improve patient care.

The role focuses on delivering safe, cost-effective prescribing and supporting service improvements in a primary care setting. A GPhC registration and community/hospital experience are preferred.
