Inpatient Mental Health OT: Bridge to Community Care

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide assessments and treatments for adults in inpatient mental health wards at Tower Hamlets Centre for Mental Health, collaborating with community teams and OT colleagues to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to community care.

You will undertake assessments, treatments and evaluations on one-to-one and group basis, supporting service users and carers in line with the Trust’s values.
