Geriatric Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Care & Discharge

Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an occupational therapist to join the inpatient older adult ward at Callington Road Hospital in Bristol. You will carry a caseload and develop treatment plans for adults with functional mental illness, working within a supportive multi-disciplinary team to plan discharge and community support.
