St Philip’s Care seeks a Senior Care Assistant Nights to lead a dedicated team in Knowesouth. You will support the Manager, maintain high standards of care, promote residents’ dignity, and encourage independence. You will supervise daily activities and ensure safe, compassionate care.

Strong leadership, empathy, and experience in health and social care are essential. NVQ 3 / MA L3 or equivalent is preferred, with medication administration experience to ensure seamless night shifts.
