Maintenance Operative — Flexible Hours & Training

St Philip’s Care in Buxton seeks a proactive Maintenance Operative to support the day-to-day running of a busy residential home. You will carry out general maintenance, keep the home in good decorative order, and supervise outside contractors to maintain a safe, well-presented environment.

Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, you will monitor energy use, maintain health and safety records, and respond to emergencies. Training and progression opportunities are offered.
