Senior Support Worker – Growth, Training & Impact

Priory Group’s Bedborough House in Radstock, Somerset is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a compassionate team. You will support seven autistic residents and those with learning disabilities, promoting independence and community access, within a residential setting.

You will work with qualified staff to assess and implement individual care plans, provide daily living support, and help residents progress toward personal goals in a respectful, person-centered environment.
