Senior Social Care Worker | Team Lead for Elder Care

Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a Senior Social Care Worker to join our 16-bed residential service for older adults. You will lead a team, ensure safe, high-quality care, and develop colleagues in a supportive, person-centred environment.

You will work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to implement care plans, manage medications, and promote dignity and independence while upholding regulatory standards.
