Flexible School Health Support Officer (NHS)

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Care Support Worker for the School Nursing Team. The role involves database maintenance, input onto clinical systems, and general administrative tasks to support the nursing service.

You’ll assist with clinic activities, liaise with schools, parents and allied professionals, and help improve the health and wellbeing of children aged 5-19, primarily Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, with possible site reassignment to ensure service delivery.
