Compassionate Rehab Support Worker — Part-Time & Flexible

Active Care Group in St Asaph, North Wales, is seeking a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to assist an individual living with Korsakoff syndrome on their rehabilitation journey after alcohol dependency treatment.

The role is part-time, 3 days per week, 10:30am-2:00pm, on a zero-hours contract with flexible weekend coverage. Training is provided, and you will help plan daily routines, accompany appointments, and support independent living.
