Children’s Residential Support Worker (Driver)

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Children’s Support Worker for the Shrewsbury area. You will join a team delivering care and education to children with complex needs, supporting daily routines, attending appointments, and helping with personal care in a residential setting.

This full-time role requires a valid UK driving license, and offers 39 hours per week (incl. overnights) with a sleep-in allowance up to £6,000. DBS paid, pension, and generous annual leave accompany a competitive package.
