As a Children’s Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people, helping them build resilience and develop positive coping strategies. Requirements
- At least 6 months experience working with children and young people in a support role
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
- Ability to work flexibly across different settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
