Male Support Worker: 24/7 Community & Independence

Gray Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Male Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 30s living independently in his own home in Wistaston, Crewe. He has diagnoses of Learning Disabilities, Autism and Epilepsy, and receives 2:1 support, 24 hours a day from a dedicated male team.

This is a rewarding role focused on independence, wellbeing and community participation. The role requires a full UK automatic driving licence as the individual has a mobility vehicle for community access.
