Lead Care Assistant – Dementia & Resident Care

Bowood Court Care Home in Redditch, Worcestershire, is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to lead by example and support outstanding, person-centred care.

You will work closely with the Care Manager, supervise the care team, administer medication, contribute to care plans, manage records, and ensure safety and compliance while promoting residents’ independence and wellbeing. Alternate weekends required.
