Community Nurse – Home-Based Care & Wound Management

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Community Nurse to join the Hertsmere-area team serving Potters Bar, Borehamwood, Bushey, Radlett and surrounding villages. The post is permanent and full-time, with shifts 8am–6pm, including three weekend days in a four-week period.

You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and in community settings under supervision, travel between visits, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car for business
