Senior Care Team Lead | 44h/wk, Day & Night Shifts

Care UK in England is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support residents and staff in day-to-day life. The role requires flexibility to cover both day (8am-8pm) and night (8pm-8am) shifts across 4 x 12-hour patterns.

The successful candidate will lead by example, foster growth within the team, and contribute to a caring, inclusive living environment at the 71-bed facility in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex.
