Local Government Rates & Revenue Officer – Billing

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Business Rates and Revenue Officer to process changes in household, exemptions, discounts, payment plans and support with telephone calls. Contract is for 5 months in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1BL.

Role involves handling business rates, exemptions and rateable value changes, with NEC RB Live and document management system usage. 37 hours per week, paying £14.36 per hour PAYE, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
