24/7 Personal Assistant for Independent Living & Care

A Personal Assistant is needed in Dorset to support an older client with complex care needs. The role requires 24/7 1:1 support within the client’s home and nearby activities, with the ability to liaise with professionals as required.

Responsibilities include full personal care, daily catheter care, safe medication administration, mobility assistance using ceiling hoists, and driving for appointments, shopping, and outings. Training will be provided for clinical tasks as needed.
