Junior Legal Costs Negotiator – Claims & Settlement

Davies Group in Bolton is seeking a Junior Costs Negotiator to manage a caseload, develop initial costs strategies, and negotiate with opponents to settle costs. The role emphasizes proactive case review, clear client communication, and adherence to SLAs and KPI targets.

You will work with the Legacy team and in collaboration with internal costs and legal professionals, attending conferences and court when required, while receiving mentoring and a structured development plan.
