Community Engagement & Recycling Campaigns Lead

Bristol Waste Company is seeking a Community Engagement Officer on a 5-month fixed-term contract to support recycling campaigns, attend events, and engage with residents and community groups across Bristol.

You’ll focus on changing behaviours toward better recycling, gather data for reporting, manage pop-up engagement at key city locations, and build strong cross‑team working relationships to improve the customer experience.
