Flexible Employment Paralegal – Growth & Impact

Reed in Essex is seeking a motivated legal professional with Employment Law focus to support tribunal proceedings. You will review tribunal claims, draft responses, assist with early conciliation, and manage document disclosure and tribunal bundles.

You will liaise with claimants, representatives and tribunals, conduct legal research, prepare files for hearings, invoicing where appropriate, collate weekly reports, and participate in training sessions in a flexible, welcoming firm.
