Reading Support Coach: Inspire Confident Readers

Milk Education is seeking a patient, enthusiastic Reading Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hartlepool this September.

You’ll support pupils with reading, phonics, comprehension and literacy, working 1:1 and in small groups alongside class teachers to make learning enjoyable and achievable. You’ll help pupils build confidence, celebrate progress and develop a love of books.
