Night Shift Pickers

Location: High Brooms, Tunbridge WellsPay: £14.00 per hourHours: Monday-Friday, 7:00pm-5:00am (45hpw)Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for multiple Night Shift Pickers to join a busy sorting production line in High Brooms near Tunbridge Wells.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role, with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment.

The Role

Working as part of a team on the picking line, your duties will include:

• Working on a fast-paced picking line
• Sorting and separating materials
• Ensuring materials are correctly identified and processed
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Working effectively as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and physically fit
• Must provide your own safety boots
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Able to work at pace and remain focused
• A good team player
• Previous warehouse, yard work, production or picking experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
