Seasonal Shift Coordinator – Parcel Hub (Temp) Stoke-on-Trent

Pertemps is recruiting a Shift Coordinator for a Royal Mail parcel hub in Stoke-on-Trent. This full-time, temporary role runs mid-September to December, with hourly pay £13.85–£15.50. Three shifts are available: early, late, or night, to cover a 24/7 operation.

You will manage temporary staff attendance, sign-ins, no-shows, and replacements, while supporting new starters and payroll liaison. Strong organisational and people skills are essential.
