Front Desk & Residential Services Lead

West Dean is seeking a experienced Front Desk & Residential Services Manager to lead the Student Welcome and residential services on a 12-month fixed-term basis, based at West Dean, West Sussex. The role covers daytime and overnight operations with a focus on delivering a welcoming, professional experience for students, visitors and guests.

You will oversee staffing, ensure smooth front-of-house and accommodation services, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Estates, Bookings, Finance and Events
