Leisure Centre Duty Manager – Pools & Community Wellness

Gedling Borough Council is seeking three Leisure Duty Managers to join the management teams at Arnold and Redhill Leisure Centres. You will work a 37-hour week on-site, coordinating day-to-day operations and promoting excellent customer experience while ensuring safety.

You will partner with the Operations Manager to boost participation, lead on DN A Fitness Membership and Swim School activities, and maintain high standards across the sites.
