Counterbalance Forklift Operator — 4-Day Week + Sunday OT

Caterpillar in Shrewsbury is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Operator to support production and warehouse operations. You will load materials, move pallets, and help keep the production line running smoothly.

This temporary role offers a 4-day workweek with Fridays off, plus overtime on Fridays and premium Sunday rates. You will work Monday to Thursday, 07:30–17:15, with opportunities to earn extra through weekend shifts.
