Skilled Joiner/Carpenter – Social Housing Repairs

Morgan Sindall Property Services is recruiting two Carpenters/Joiners to join our Repairs and Maintenance team in Basildon. You will carry out responsive and planned repairs in occupied and void properties, including joinery, tiling and kitchen/bathroom fitting, using a handheld device to receive tasks.

Applicants should hold a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry/Joinery, CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card, and have strong health and safety knowledge.
