Compassionate Funeral Care Assistant

Central England Co-operative is seeking a Funeral Care Assistant to be families’ first contact at bereavement scenes, ensuring care and preparation of the deceased with dignity and respect, and delivering high standards of professional service.

The role requires lifting and transferring the deceased, a full UK manual driving licence, and willingness to work a long day pattern 8.00am to 8.06pm on a four-on/four-off cycle, with DBS check on joining.
