Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one We’re looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Rajinda Pradesh team.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
- Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
- Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours
- Rajinda Pradesh is open Tuesday to Sunday from 4:30pm to 10pm
- Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 2:30pm and 10:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
