Job Description:
Milk Education in South Manchester is seeking an experienced SEMH Specialist Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs from September. You will work across a range of schools, delivering one-to-one and small-group support, focusing on emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement in learning.
You should have previous experience with SEMH, a calm and resilient approach, and strong communication to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
