ECTs Wanted in Birmingham – Paid to Scale & Support

Elementa is recruiting Newly Qualified Teachers/ECTs for schools across Birmingham starting September. We offer part-time and full-time roles with permanent, fixed-term and temp-to-perm options.

Successful candidates will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be completing ECT requirements. You will join supportive schools to develop your teaching practice, build confidence and make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development with backing from a dedicated candidate manager.
