Weekend Pastry Commis Chef – High-Volume Kitchen

We are recruiting for a Pastry Commis Chef to join our Chef Brigade at Bents. You will produce freshly made home bakes for our 1000-seat dining areas using fresh ingredients daily, from our best-selling scones to rich gateaux.

This weekend-only fixed-term contract offers 16 hours across the period September to December, with a focus on pastry excellence and working at pace under pressure. Passionate team players who value quality pastries will thrive here.
