Care Home Chef: Lead Fresh, Nutritious Menus & Team

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Chef to prepare and serve fresh, home‑cooked meals for residents at Rotherlea, a 70-bed care home in Petworth, West Sussex. You will work with the Home Manager and Nutritionist to meet dietary needs and cultural preferences on a 4‑weekly rota.

You will also help with celebrations, manage food orders within budget, and uphold HACCP/COSHH standards while ensuring kitchen hygiene and resident satisfaction.
