Head Chef – Daytime Kitchen at Care Home

Care South is recruiting a Head Chef for Elizabeth House in Poole, Dorset. You will lead the kitchen team, plan menus and ensure meals meet residents’ needs with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Food Production/Hygiene, a good understanding of health and safety, and a warm, people-centred approach. Induction and ongoing training are provided, with sociable day hours and weekend shifts on rotation.
