Premier Selection is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie for a well-regarded hotel and restaurant near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to run the pastry section and maintain the venue’s high standards.
Daily duties include producing 5–6 desserts, 2–3 bread types and daily cakes for the bar, with support from a team and potential training in certain areas. Ideal for a Chef de Partie looking to progress in a quality-focused kitchen.
