Mental Health Front Door Call Specialist (Part-Time)

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Call Agent at Band 2 on a part-time basis in Coventry. You will handle calls, referrals and administration for Adult Mental Health Front Door and Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team, delivering accurate data entry and timely responses.

We value a good telephone manner, strong communication, and attention to detail, with GCSE level education and IT skills such as Word processing and Excel.
