Online Grocery Picks & Delivery Assistant

Sainsbury’s Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Online Assistant to support our online customers from store operations. You will pick and prepare online orders for delivery, handle substitutions when stock is tight, and use a handheld device to plan routes and time your tasks.

You’ll also assist with customer queries, process orders, and help load vans for Home Delivery Drivers, while building product knowledge and offering informed recommendations.
