About you

  • Hold BCC A Levels or equivalent, along with GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above
  • Genuine interest in people, organisations, and employee experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or willing to develop IT skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude

What you’ll do

  • Assist with recruitment processes, such as preparing role information, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new starters
  • Help coordinate learning and development activities, including maintaining training records and preparing materials
  • Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including surveys and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records, supporting HR systems and reporting
  • Provide administrative support across various HR activities, including document preparation and meeting organisation
  • Participate in team meetings, offer ideas, and support ongoing projects and campaigns
