Care & Support Worker – Home Visits & Growth

Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide compassionate care in clients’ homes across the Corfe Mullen and Poole area. You will travel between visits, support independence, and respond to daily needs with dignity and professionalism.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of £13.80–£14.30, a permanent contract, full or part-time shifts, weekend options, and investments in training, mileage allowance, and wellbeing support.
