Charlie Bigham’s Assembly Day Shift Team is recruiting for a role that keeps dishes moving from prep to final presentation. You will work 34 hours across 3 days, with 4 days off each week, including Friday 6am–4pm and Sat/Sun 6am–6pm shifts. The role demands accuracy, teamwork and a strong commitment to food safety in a fast-paced production environment.
