Youth Support & Life Skills Worker (London)

Eleven D’s Ltd provides supported accommodation for looked-after children and young people aged 16 to 25 in the London area. The Key/Support Worker promotes independence, life skills, and community engagement in line with individual care plans.

You will build positive relationships, offer emotional support, monitor wellbeing, and maintain accurate records while liaising with social workers and other professionals. Evening/weekend shifts and DBS clearance are expected.
