HIV Family Support Social Worker — SW London

Spectra’s FamilySupport Social Worker will provide frontline support to people living with HIV in South West London. These duties include assessment, emotional support, advice and advocacy around housing, benefits or immigration.

They will also facilitate signposting and refer service users into internal and external services including Counselling, Peer support, as well as other linked-in services.
